  • November 25, 2002—Thesis Chemistry Inc. to provide partnered chemical development on an anti-arrhythmic product for Academic Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Under the agreement, Thesis Chemistry will provide chemical process development and scale-up preparations of an anti-arrhythmic drug under development at Academic Pharmaceuticals, and providing the initial development effort supports moving forward with clinical studies and commercial feasibility, Thesis Chemistry will be granted a CMC development agreement and worldwide manufacturing rights to the bulk drug substance.
