THESIS CHEMISTRY TO MARKET PHARMACEUTICAL RAW MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS AND ACCESS CHINESE CUSTOM MANUFACTURING RESOURCES
MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO and HANGZHOU, CHINA—November 5, 2002—Thesis Chemistry Inc., a provider of innovative Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) development services to the pharmaceutical industry, announces a strategic marketing agreement with Major Chemicals Co., Ltd. Under the agreement, Thesis Chemistry will represent and market Major Chemicals' pharmaceutical raw materials, intermediates and generic drug substances to the North American pharmaceutical, animal health and generic drug industries. In addition, Major Chemicals will provide Thesis Chemistry with access to Chinese custom manufacturing resources for the commercial production of pharmaceutical intermediates and generic drug substances.
