    • Thesis Chemistry, LLC registered in the State of Ohio, USA
    • Thesis Chemistry Inc. incorporated in the Province of Ontario, Canada
    • Industry partnership with Major Chemicals Co., Ltd., Hangzhou, China in raw material sourcing and chemical manufacturing 

    2003

    • Thesis Chemistry, LLC opens offices in Cleveland, Ohio
    • 2nd Industry partnership with Daicel Chemical Industries Ltd., Tokyo, Japan in fine chemical manufacturing

    2004

    • Relocation and expansion of USA office operations to Mentor, Ohio
    • First large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing project

    2005

    • Acquisition of Cambridge, Ontario laboratory facility
    • Second large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing project

    2006

    • Third large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing project

    2007
